Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to generate high-quality leads.

• Daily Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance closely, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI. Provide detailed daily performance reports to management.

• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze results using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads dashboards. Identify trends and recommend strategies to boost lead generation and lower acquisition costs.

• Audience Segmentation: Build and optimize custom, saved, and lookalike audiences to expand reach and enhance engagement.

• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to meet ROAS and CPL goals without overspending.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a proven track record of executing successful lead generation campaigns.

• Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.

• Analytical Ability: Skilled at interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable strategies.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for effective reporting and team collaboration.

Education & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required).

• Prior experience as a Marketing Executive or Specialist is preferred.
