Job Description
We are seeking a qualified PPIUCD Trainer to join our team at MSS. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting professional training sessions on PPIUCD insertion techniques, ensuring healthcare providers are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver safe and effective reproductive health services. The trainer will also provide ongoing guidance, monitor trainee progress, and offer constructive feedback to improve service quality. Applicants must hold an MBBS or equivalent medical degree, with at least 2 years of experience in reproductive health or family planning. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to succeed in this role. This is an in-person position in Pakistan, offering a competitive salary of Rs100,000 – Rs130,000 per month. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on PPIUCD insertion techniques for healthcare providers.
- Ensure that trainees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform PPIUCD procedures safely and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in reproductive health and contraceptive methods.
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare staff to improve the quality of reproductive health services.
- Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in reproductive health or family planning.
- Skills: Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to educate and mentor others effectively.
