Job Overview

We are hiring an Accountant & Reporting Executive with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise to manage complete accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting for e-commerce and real estate operations. The right candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon product analytics, ledger management, and financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review sales performance reports for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, including product-wise and period-wise analytics.
• Manage and reconcile refund and return reports with accurate transaction tracking.
• Conduct product-wise sales analysis to monitor revenue growth, profitability, and sales trends.
• Maintain accurate ledger entries for all online transactions.
• Perform bank, sales, and refund reconciliations in collaboration with the Canadian finance team.
• Use advanced Excel functions to analyze raw data and build dashboards or summary reports.
• Manage property-wise operational and closing ledgers for ongoing and completed real estate projects.
• Calculate profit margins, discounts, and final settlement values for property transactions.
• Generate detailed property reconciliation reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Canadian counterparts to deliver weekly and monthly financial reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably with international clients.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Data Validation, charts).
• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce accounting platforms.
• Ability to manage dual-ledger systems (e-commerce & property).
• Experience with bank reconciliations, return/refund cycles, and profit & loss reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with BPOs or offshore teams handling North American clients.
• Proven expertise in Excel with a strong command of formulas, Pivot Tables, and reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
