As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to design, execute, and improve testing strategies that meet the expectations of our global clients. This role requires experience in manual and automated testing, API validation, and CI/CD integration within a fast-paced agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews, offering feedback on risks and testability.
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks using modern tools and programming languages.
• Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) for continuous quality checks.
• Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or similar tools, assisting in root cause analysis.
• Improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Act as a quality advocate throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and test types (functional, regression, performance).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Nice-to-Have
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
