Senior Project Manager – International Clients Full Time Jobs

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SaaS Project Manager to lead projects with global clients across the USA, Europe, and the UAE. This is a night-shift position (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT), aligned with international business hours. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in SaaS implementations, fintech projects, and cross-cultural team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Lead SaaS and enterprise software projects for U.S., European, and UAE-based clients.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to closure—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Agile/Scrum Leadership: Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement for distributed teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate client demos, meetings, and status updates across multiple time zones.
• Team Coordination: Manage developers, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers across projects.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare executive-level status reports.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize team performance and allocate resources effectively for international projects.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized Pakistani university.
• Strong academic background (FSc or O/A Levels preferred).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is highly desirable.

Experience:

• 5+ years in project management within the software/SaaS industry.
• 3+ years handling international clients (USA, Europe, or UAE).
• Demonstrated success in managing SaaS implementations, ERP integrations, or fintech projects.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Project Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, ClickUp.
• SaaS Expertise: Cloud-based software deployment and management.
• Development Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, SDLC, and software release cycles.
• Databases: Basic SQL and database management understanding.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) for international interaction.
• Strong leadership managing distributed and remote teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (significant preference given).
• Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certifications.
• CISA certification for IT governance understanding.
• Fintech domain experience (banking, payments, financial systems).
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Prior consulting experience with the World Bank or international organizations.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday).
• Client Coverage: USA (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST), Europe (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM CET), UAE (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM GST).
• Team: Lead cross-functional teams of 8–12 members.
• Location: Karachi (In-person, hybrid after probation).
