Assistant Manager (Accounting & Finance) Full Time Jobs

Job Description

We are a UK/USA-based accounting firm with a back-office located in Lahore (near R.A. Bazar, Lahore Cantt.). We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager (Accounting & Finance) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting, financial, and reporting tasks, including but not limited to:

• Preparing Financial Statements, Projections, Feasibility Studies, and Management Reports.
• Developing Business Plans, Sales Analysis, and PPT Presentations as per requirements.
• Managing client accounts on QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage, Xero, Zoho, and other platforms.
• Handling UK VAT filings, annual assessments, and Companies House submissions.
• Using advanced MS Office and Power BI to prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis.
• Drafting professional emails, reports, and financial correspondence in English.
• Supervising and monitoring the accounting team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA Inter/Part Qualified with completed articles OR ACCA / CMA Qualified.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QBO, Sage, Xero, Zoho).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in flexible time slots as required by international clients.
