Requirements

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas will be given preference.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or client acquisition within a Software House or IT company.

• Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms such as Upwork and networking tools like LinkedIn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
