What you’ll do

•  Implement features and RESTful APIs, collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, and help maintain high code quality.
• Estimate development effort, deliver on timelines, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Write unit and integration tests (including mocks when appropriate) to ensure stable releases.
• Participate in design reviews, propose improvements, and apply data structures, algorithms, and design patterns when solving problems.
• Follow Agile workflows and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Research and prototype solutions for moderately complex system challenges.
• Adhere to company standards, documentation practices, and deployment procedures.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Strong command of core CS topics: data structures, algorithms, time complexity analysis, object-oriented design, and MVC patterns.
• Demonstrable programming ability through projects, or a sophisticated final-year project.
• Familiarity with Agile development, version control, continuous integration, and unit testing.
• Good judgement to choose between third-party tools and custom implementations.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical ideas succinctly.
• High energy, disciplined time management, and commitment to ship quality work on schedule.
